  Other Ways to Give

  • Auction Donor: As an alternative to sponsorsihp, consider donating a product or service to our silent auction. Not only does this help us raise much-needed funds, but it is also a great way to promote your business!
  • In-kind Partner: If sponsorship or auction donation doesn't appeal to you or your company, perhaps you have a good and / or service that you would be willing to provide at the event.
  • Other Donations: Printing Services, food / drink (i.e. wine, beer, desserts), providing guests with a keepsake - whatever you think you can give, let's see if we can make it work. Another great way to showcase your brand!

Become a Gala Patron

Gala patrons are supporters of SHARE who cannot attend our Gala event, but would like to contribute to SHARE's fundraising efforts.

Gala Purpose: Funds raised from our Gala will help with basic necessities for families who barely exceed the income guidelines for assistance from our federally funded grants.

PATRON LISTING: A section in our program will be designated for patrons who contribute to our fundraising efforts. The patron levels are as follows:

Ally patron - $500
Compassionate Champions patron - $250
Friends of SHARE - $150
Partners in Hope patron - $75
Benevolent Friends patron - $50

Guest Speakers

Calvin Moore Calvin Moore Dr. Calvin Moore
Dr. Moore is a product of Head Start and is a Community Action Activist. He has climbed the ranks at many levels, including serving as Region IV Program Manager for the Administration for Children and Families of the Department of Health and Human Services, to his current role as President and CEO of The Council for Professional Recognition in Washington, DC. Dr. Moore holds a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a master’s degree in education, and a Ph.D. in early childhood education, both from Walden University.

Jermaine Whirl Jermaine Whirl Dr. Jermaine Whirl
an Aspen Fellow, is a nationally sought-after, award-winning authority in workforce and community college education. He serves as President of Augusta Technical College (ATC), a Georgia Technical College System unit. Before accepting the presidency at ATC, Dr. Whirl served as the Vice President for Learning and Workforce Development at Greenville Technical College. He served as the chief academic and continuing education officer in that role. He was responsible for the leadership of the college’s credit and non-credit programs serving approximately 20,000 students a year in five locations.

The Jamie Wright Experience band literally surrounds an event with music, creating an entertaining atmosphere that compliments the occasion. The Jamie Wright Experience is a band with talented musicians and a diversified repertoire of musical styles - from Jazz, Funk to dance....etc. The band strives to provide all sorts of entertainment. The variety of events where the band can be seen are as diverse as their repertoire. During the past months The Jamie Wright Experience band has continued to grow with members. They are flexible enough to provide a full band or break the group down into a smaller ensemble. The Jamie wright Experience Band brings members from several walks of life. They have combined their musical gifts to be heard and seen by all who are true music lovers.

Steven Galloway Steven Galloway Steven Galloway
This Greenville, SC-based, smooth jazz saxophonist has a music degree from Lander University, where he studied under Columbia jazz mainstay Robert A. Gardiner, whom he’ll still sit in with on occasion when passing through Columbia. For his music performance degree, Galloway said Gardiner would have him transcribe solos from the likes of Miles Davis and other jazz greats. However, Steven enjoys listening to a variety of music, from Grover Washington Jr. to Stevie Wonder and even Drake. Among his musical influences are Charlie Parker, Hank Mobley, Thelonious Monk, Roberta Flack, Jim Snidero, and Jerry Bergonzi, to name a few.
