I would like to express my gratitude to SHARE for rescuing me at times when only God knew where my help was coming from.  So often we leave our jobs to go home to a place that we have made comfortable for ourselves; forgetting how quickly we can be at the mercy of someone who doesn’t even know us.

In, 1995, I went from a full-time US Postal employee to a disabled mother.  Trying to raise 6 children since then has been a struggle; not to mention that God saw fit to take my children’s father.  I have certainly been appreciative of the times that SHARE assisted me with utility bills; but when you stepped in and did repairs to my home that I could never have afforded to do anything except patch up; I had to write to personally thank you.

Words cannot express what my heart feels.  I just wanted to share with you how much I appreciate ‘the mission’, the outstretched hand that has to be inspired by God.  I would also like to commend your caring staff; especially Mr. Ross Bowen, who has gone an enormous distance to ensure the repairs of my home.  From the depths of my heart, I thank you, not only as a recipient of such generosity; but also as a Sterling resident, as we undertake the journey to revitalize our community.  May God bless you and the SHARE organization.
